Son dos pollitos que nacieron en la incubadora de un colegio, y que cuando los profesores ya habían enseñado a los niños como nacían del huevo, no les servían y los iban a matar, a pesar de lo pequeñitos que son.
En el siglo XXI, con la tecnología tan avanzada que tenemos, hay muchas alternativas para mostrar el nacimiento de un pollito, sin tener que utilizarlos como si fueran objetos que cuando ya no nos sirven los desechamos. Es muy importante transmitir a los niños el respeto hacia los animales, porque luego nos sorprendemos cuando vemos las cifras tan elevadas de los animales que se abandonan cada año, pero es que desde pequeños esa es la enseñanza que estamos transmitiendo a nuestros hijos.

They’re two chicks born in a school hatchery. In spite of just being babies they were going to be killed once teachers had taught pupils how chicks hatch from eggs.
Given the advanced technology available in the 21st century surely there are plenty of alternatives to show the hatching of a chick. There’s no need to use them as mere objects which can be discarded once they become useless. It’s very important to teach children respect towards animals. We get surprised at the high figures of animals abandoned every year, but unfortunately this is what society is teaching our children
