Leticia y Xita ya están recuperadas de la operación.

Ellas dos junto con Raúl, fueron salvados de un accidente de camión. Tuvieron fractura de fémur, tibia y cadera, de las que fueron operadas y el coste fue de 1300€. Hace unas semanas las esterilizamos y nos costó 450€.

Como veis, salvar animales tiene un coste, no es solo ofrecerles un lugar, sino atenciones veterinarias y los cuidados que necesitan.

Los tres pequeñines están esperando para ir al nuevo lugar, donde con el resto de la familia de cerdos que viven en el Santuario, podrán disfrutar de un espacio muy grande que le estamos preparando. El vallado no es gratuito, por lo que para poderlo hacer necesitamos de tu ayuda.

Leticia and Xita have already recovered from surgery.

Them both and Raúl were saved from a lorry accident. Leticia and Xita had surgery to fix their fractured femur, shinbone and hip. 

Both surgeries costs amounted to 1,300Euros. They also were spayed a few weeks ago and the surgery was 450Euros.

As you can see, saving animals has a cost, it’s not just offering them a home, but also veterinary care and attention.

The three piglets are awaiting their turn to go to the new home. They and the rest of the piggie family who lives in the Sanctuary will enjoy a much bigger meadow we’re preparing for them at the new land. Fencing has a price and we cannot make it without your help.
