Ya hemos dado las cenas a todos los habitantes del Santuario, las medicaciones a los enfermos y la rehabilitación de Patricia. Ahora nos queda todo el trabajo de ordenador después de un día agotador.
En la fotografía vemos a Javi comiendo con los perros. Él llegó al Santuario con problemas de movilidad y ahora ya está completamente recuperado. Como aún es pequeño vive en la cabaña donde están los fundadores del Santuario, junto con los perros y los gatos.
Javi está disfrutando de su vida, lo que no pudo hacer su madre que murió agonizando durante dos días en la granja en la que estaba. Su hermano que tenía el mismo problema que él fue asesinado de un porrazo contra el suelo, Javi iba a tener el mismo fin pero se libró.
¿Qué diferencia hay entre Javi y los perros? Los cerdos, las vacas, las gallinas y los demás animales considerados de granja también quieren disfrutar de su vida, no quieren ser asesinados ni explotados. La diferencia las hacemos nosotros para nuestro beneficio.

We’ve already given suppers to all the residents of the Sanctuary, administered meds to the sick ones and done the physio to Patricia. Now we’ve to do the computer work after a very exhausting day.
Javi is pictured here having his supper with the dogs. When he arrived at the Sanctuary he had mobility problems but now he’s fully recovered. As he’s still a baby, he lives in the Sanctuary’s founders lodge, along with the dogs and cats.
Javi is enjoying his life. His mother couldn’t do so, she died in a farm after two days agonising. His brother, who had the same health problem that Javi, was murdered by a blow against the floor. Javi had the same fate, but luckily it could be avoided.
What’s the difference between Javi and the dogs?. Pigs, cows, hens and the other farm animals want to enjoy their lives too. They don’t want to be exploited or murdered. It’s us who make the difference for our own benefit.
