Patricia es una cerdita que llegó al Santuario con pocos días de vida porque su madre que estaba encerrada en una jaula de cría y al no poderse mover aplastó a Patricia, provocándole una lesión medular.
Con fisioterapia y electro acupuntura estamos mejorando su sensibilidad y movilidad.
En el Santuario estamos teniendo muchos gastos con ella y con otros enfermos, por lo que el salvar más vidas nos está atrasando mejorar las instalaciones donde viven los refugiados. Tenemos que arreglar el tejado de la parte donde viven los enfermos y demás animales porque cuando llueve entra agua al estar todo en mal estado.

Patricia is a piglet who arrived at the Sanctuary when she was just a few days old. Her mum was caged in a farrow crate, unable to move, even to turn around, and she crashed Patricia. This caused her a spinal injury.
We’re improving her sensitiviy and mobility thanks to physiotherapy and electroacupunture.
The Sanctuary is bearing her medical expenses as well as the ones from the other sick animals. Saving their lives means delaying the improvement of the installations where the refugees live. We have to repair the roof of the area for the sick animals because the water filters in when it rains.
