Santuario Gaia es un refugio para animales considerados de granja, donde llegan animales que han sido maltratados, abandonados, explotados o que iban al matadero. Aquí los recuperamos tanto física como emocionalmente, ya que al poco tiempo de llegar conseguimos que vuelvan a confiar en el humano.
Nuestra misión no es solo la de salvar estas vidas que llegan al refugio, sino la de concienciar al mundo, dando a conocer las historias de los habitantes que aquí viven. Intentamos que tengan una vida lo más natural posible, conviviendo todas las especies juntas en perfecta armonía.
Por motivos ajenos al Santuario, en breve nos vemos obligados a dejar los terrenos donde estamos de alquiler, por lo que tenemos que buscar un nuevo hogar donde tener a los animales seguros. Un hogar que sea en propiedad a nombre del Santuario, para que nunca más vuelva a ocurrir lo que está pasando ahora.

Santuario Gaia is a shelter for so-considered farm animals. Animals who have been abused, abandoned, exploited or going to the slaughterhouse, arrive here. At the sanctuary we help them recover, both physically and emotionally, as shortly after arriving here, we get them to trust humans again.
Our mission is not only that of saving these lives who arrive at the sanctuary, but also that of raising awareness, letting everyone know about the stories of the residents who live here. We try for them to have a life as natural as possible, living all species together, in perfect harmony.
Due to a situation which is completely unrelated to the sanctuary, but that directly affects it, we are forced to leave shortly the land we are renting. We need to find a new home where the animals are safe. A home which will belong to the Sanctuary, so that this situation won’t happen again.
