Amigos de diferentes especies.
Estamos acostumbrados a pensar que los gatos atacarían a un pollito pequeño, pero sin embargo, esto no ocurre en el Santuario. Los gatos ven a los pollitos y demás habitantes del refugio, como miembros de su familia, con los que se tumban a descansar.
Hemos tenido que volver a llevar a Emma al veterinario porque se le habían soltado unos puntos de la esterilización que se le hizo la semana pasada.
Como veis en la fotografía, el pollito que vive dentro de la casa, ya está mucho mejor y más grande. Los gatos se tumban junto a él, o él se tumba junto a ellos.

Friends from different species
We are used to thinking that cats would attack a small chick, but this doesn’t happen in the Sanctuary. Cats see chicks and the rest of residents of the shelter as family members who they can lay down with to rest.
We had to take Emma again to the vet, as some of the stitches from the spaying surgery she went under last week came loose.
As you can see in the picture, the chick who lives inside the house is much better, and getting bigger. The cats lay down by him, or he lays down by them.
