Mulán se tiene que operar de cataratas

Hoy hemos llevado a Mulán al oftalmólogo, porque desde hace unos meses su visión ha empeorado y no sale de la casa, debido a que no ve bien.

Se le ha diagnosticado cataratas en ambos ojos, seguramente debido a que es un cruce de caniche y esta raza es predispuesta a padecerla. La única solución es operarla, así que la cirugía se realizará el día 9 de diciembre, pero hasta entonces tendrá un tratamiento. El coste total será de 1650€, pero todo es poco con tal de volverla a ver feliz.

We have taken Mulan to the ophthalmologist today. Her sight has deteriorated during the last months and she hardly gets outside the house because she cannot see properly.

She has been diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes. She is a poodle cross-breed, and this type of breed is prone to developing cataracts. The only option is surgery, so it has been planned for 9th December. She will be on treatment until then. The final cost of the surgery will be 1,650€ but that’s just a small price to see her happy again.
